About shipping

We usually ship orders by EMS which takes around 5-7 working days, and TNT/DHL/UPS are optional. Shipping to some island countries, we use Airmail which may takes about 7 days. Orders maybe delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.
We shall ship the items in 1-1 working days once your payment is cleared (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded), and we will send you tracking number in about 1-2 business days!
Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it, you'd better leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address when you register an account on our website and check emails often after you have purchased for any updated information.

Your order can be tracked at the express website after you get the tracking number.

About Exchange

Exchanges will only be accepted if we are requested within 1 weeks of receiving the order that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please send us an email to inform us at first, we shall give you the correct address to receive orders. Products exchanges must include the original box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your exchange may result in a fee.

About Return

If you are unsatisfied with the received item, you can return them.
1. No returns on used items. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. Original box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
2. Return freight is the customer's responsibility.
3. You must contact us in 14 days after you receive your order if you want to return. We don't accept any returning for an order which has been received for over 2 weeks.
4. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. For other personal reasons, we will deduct the initial handle cost when we make the refund.
5. If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.


1, If by any reason, the refund is under the reason of "Unlike", such as the size, color, the delivery cost will be deducted from the total product price.
2, We don't bear the shipping cost for sending you the exchange.
3, Exchanges or refunds need to be done after your package has been received by us. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account once refund is finished.
4, Please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return or exchange.
